About the Program:
SkyLine Membership Corporation sponsors annually a high school
junior to be one of the 100 students to attend the Foundation
for Rural Service Youth Tour held in Washington, D.C.
This five-day program usually held during the first week
of June each year, gives participants a first-hand look
at the telecommunications industry

the legislative
process by visiting Congress, the Federal Communications

includes famous landmarks such as the Washington
Monument, Smithsonian Institution, Jefferson and Lincoln
memorials,
