Please remember that SkyBest Internet
subscribers are responsible for determining which dial-up number is considered
local for his/her calling area. Neither SkyBest Communications, Inc., nor SkyLine Membership Corporation, will be responsible for any long distance
charges that are incurred while using our service. If you need clarification on
what is considered your local calling area, please contact your local SkyLine

Network Access Points
Many SkyBest Internet customers have inquired about the availability of
800-number Internet access. Although SkyBest does not offer 800-number access,
SkyBest's Internet Service Provider (ISP), Spirit Telecom, does offer local number
access from many parts of the country, allowing SkyBest customers to use dial-up
Internet access while traveling, without incurring long distance charges.
Spirit Telecom provides dial-up Internet access for many local providers across
the country. Through a roaming agreement with these local providers, customers of
any Spirit Telecom licensee may use the dial-up numbers of any other Spirit Telecom
licensee. (Some Spirit Telecom licensees operate self-contained Network Access Numbers.
These numbers are non-roaming and cannot be used by customers of other Spirit Telecom
licensees. Such numbers are denoted by asterisks (*) in the Spirit Telecom lists.)
SkyBest Internet customers, therefore, may use the local dial-up numbers of other
Spirit Telecom licensees when they find themselves traveling in those areas. By using
these local dial-up numbers, no long distance charges will be incurred, and Internet
access will be as smooth and inexpensive as if the customer is back home.
If you are traveling and wish to remain in touch, please refer to these Network
Access Numbers provided by Spirit Telecom. You may find a local number where you are
that will save you unnecessary long distance charges.
